The Epic Games Store can now be your portal to Magic: The Gathering Arena, as Wizards expands distribution for the world’s best trading card game.
Arena’s release on the Epic Games Store coincides with the all-new Theros: Beyond Death card set. In an exciting return to the world of myths, monsters, and heroes, the set features more than 350 new cards, highly anticipated characters, new and returning mechanics, and gorgeous alternative versions of the set’s most exciting cards.
Debuted at The Game Awards in Los Angeles on December 12, Theros: Beyond Death transports fans to the afterlife of Theros and showcases fan-favorite knight, Elspeth Tirel, as she seeks to escape from the underworld. But nightmares from her past, as well as the Gods themselves, stand in the way of her quest.
Magic: The Gathering Arena will still be available for download directly from MTGArena.com and existing players will not be required to create an Epic Games account in order to play the game.
