He also worked at LeapFrog as Vice President of Educational Games and began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hasbro, Inc., Deborah Thomas leads the company’s global corporate financial operations—from treasury, tax, and investor relations, to internal audit, accounting and control, and business planning and analysis. She also oversees the company’s global information technology organization. Since joining Hasbro in 1998, Deborah has played a key role in Hasbro’s expansion across media and markets around the world and has helped manage nearly every major acquisition Hasbro has made over the past two decades.
Prior to becoming CFO in 2009, Deborah served as Hasbro’s Corporate Comptroller and Head of Corporate Finance. Before joining Hasbro, she held assurance positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in the U.S. and the U.K.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Purpose Officer of Hasbro, Kathrin Belliveau leads the company’s government, regulatory and consumer affairs functions as well as ethical sourcing, sustainability, employee health and safety (EHS), and quality assurance. Kathrin also oversees the Hasbro Foundation and leads the company’s philanthropy and social impact initiatives worldwide.
An international attorney, Kathrin has been a catalyst for significant change at Hasbro and across the toy and entertainment industry to benefit children and consumers, including the worldwide adoption of stringent regulated lead paint standards, the reduction of virgin plastic in single-use packaging, and the first-of-its-kind international toy recycling program. Over her 25-year career at Hasbro, Kathrin has stood up and managed a number of departments that have been instrumental in supporting Hasbro’s growth and transformation, including the company’s global Government Affairs, Product Safety and Human Rights functions.
Kathrin holds dual U.S. and EU (Greece) citizenship. She is a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wellesley College and holds a J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. As Executive Vice President and Chief Global Operations Officer of Hasbro, Inc., Tom Courtney oversees Hasbro’s worldwide sourcing and manufacturing strategy; supply chain, logistics and warehousing; product safety and quality; and corporate real estate and security.
Since joining Hasbro in 1992 as Assistant Controller – Games, Tom has served as VP Finance Games, SVP Finance North America, and SVP Global Business Planning and Analysis. As Executive Vice President and Chief Global Human Resources Officer for Hasbro, Inc., Dolph Johnson leads the company’s global human resources strategy, including all aspects of the employee experience.
Over the past two decades, Dolph has shaped Hasbro’s global human resources strategy, helping strengthen benefits, compensation, and succession planning; employee relations, engagement, and performance management; and communications, information systems, and organizational and leadership development. Prior to Hasbro, he held positions at Frito Lay and Ecolab.
Dolph currently serves on the board of the Rhode Island Hospital Foundation and co-chairs the Board of Visitors for the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Cynthia Williams is President of Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro Gaming. In this role, Cynthia leads strategy and drives global growth for the world’s leading portfolio of games including MAGIC: THE GATHERING, MONOPOLY, SCRABBLE, AND DUNGEONS & DRAGONS. The team is focused on engaging new and existing players by offering both physical and digital experiences of the IP, including digital apps and games built within the team or by licensing to world class partners.

Steve Zoltick currently serves as Hasbro’s Chief Information Officer and additionally, has taken on the role of Chief Transformation Officer since August 2022 to oversee the Hasbro Transformation Office. The transformation aims to achieve $250-$300 million in annual run-rate savings by 2025, which will be used to invest in Hasbro’s brands and strategic priority areas, while also driving the company’s bottom line.
While Steve is leading the transformation, he also spends a portion of his time overseeing the company’s vast global information technology organization. Previously, Steve led Hasbro through a digital transformation, including the key disciplines of cybersecurity, ecommerce technology, cloud computing, enterprise systems, workforce collaboration tools, data science, program & change management, business analysis, vendor management, and technology adoption.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Hasbro, Inc., Matt Austin leads all commercial activities across the company’s global operating markets – leading the global sales and marketing organization and driving long-term growth in mature and emerging markets. Matt leverages Hasbro's commercial opportunities with powerful, data-driven consumer insights and strategic partnerships across different channels, including e-commerce and direct fan experiences, to continue to drive profitability.
Matt joined Hasbro in 2019 as President of Europe and Asia, where he drove sustainable growth across key regions for the company’s global business. He has built a strong reputation for developing and empowering impactful teams with a laser focus on achieving strategic priorities and delighting consumers.
Before joining Hasbro, Matt was CEO for the UK and Ireland at Lindt & Sprungli, and prior to that he worked for MARS across multiple categories, geographies and functions including a Global Marketing Leadership role on Confections, as well as the General Manager for Confections in Europe and General Manager for the MARS food business in Germany. In both organizations, he was recognized for his ability to build successful, sustainable business growth with a consumer-first approach.
Matt studied computer science at University of Wales and finance at Henley Business School in England. Matt serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for Emerging Markets at Northeastern University D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
Senior Vice President & Chief Global Supply Chain Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Global Supply Chain Officer of Hasbro, Inc., Shane Azzi oversees Hasbro’s global supply planning, global sourcing and procurement, logistics and fulfillment, quality assurance and security, and works to position Hasbro’s supply chain as a competitive advantage, creating value and building flexibility and resilience to exceed customer expectations.
Shane has more than 25 years of consumer-packaged goods and diverse supply chain experience. Prior to joining Hasbro, Shane held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer for Kimberly-Clark, and previously served as Global Vice President of Supply Chain for Mars Inc. While at Mars, Shane held leadership positions in the areas of logistics management, information technology, sales and operations planning, and procurement.
Shane began his career in the Australian Army as a Logistics Officer and served for 10 years in various planning and operations roles. He also has experience in the contract logistics field where he led operations and strategy focused on acquisitions and mergers. He holds a graduate degree in Integrated Logistics Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree from the Military College in Duntroon, Australia.

Tim Kilpin serves as President, Toys, Licensing & Entertainment for Hasbro, Inc., where he oversees Hasbro’s iconic multi-billion-dollar Toy business, with a focus on optimizing the value and performance of the Company’s strategic franchise brands and IP. Tim brings over 30 years of experience as a leader and executive in the Toy and Children’s Entertainment industries – setting brand strategies and creative direction for the world's most iconic children's brands.
Prior to joining Hasbro, Tim served as Executive Chairman and CEO at PlayMonster Toys, a dynamic toy and game company that focuses on delivering quality play experiences for kids and families around the world. Prior to that Tim served as the leader of Activision Blizzard’s Consumer Products business, managing the category strategy and creative development of multiple product ranges in support of Activision Blizzard's key franchises.
Tim served as Chief Commercial Officer for Mattel, Inc. overseeing Mattel's sales and Marketing operations. Prior to being named CCO, Kilpin was Executive Vice President of Boys and Girls Global Brands at Mattel, leading all aspects of marketing and product design and development, including the successful launch of Monster High, Mattel's first new IP in 30+ years. He also served as Executive Vice-President, Franchise Management at The Walt Disney Company.
He received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Tim serves on the boards and executive committees of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Children Affected by AIDS Foundation.
Executive Vice President & Chief Communications Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of Hasbro, Inc, Roberta Thomson is responsible for global internal and external communications, including corporate brand and reputation, product publicity, and issues management. Roberta provides a strategic narrative to bring Hasbro and its businesses alive, delivering compelling and powerful storytelling to stakeholders including fans and media.
Roberta joined Hasbro from Notion, the collaboration software company, where she served as Chief Brand and Communications Officer, and built a team focused on brand, design, and storytelling. Prior to that, Roberta led the Product Communications and Corporate Communications teams at Meta, formerly Facebook, where she helped tell the company’s story both externally and internally for more than seven years. Roberta began her career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, and then spent more than seven years at critical issues and corporate relations agency Brunswick Group, where she advised on media relations, crisis, and issues management, and oversaw comms for high-profile M&A transactions.
Roberta studied Classics at the University of Oxford. She currently serves on the board of ColorComm, the nation’s leading women’s platform addressing diversity and inclusion across the communications, marketing, advertising, media, and digital industries.
