At Hasbro, we believe that supporting all people and promoting inclusion across our business and society makes the world a better place for all. As we continue to grow and make progress as an organization, we recognize one of the most important things we can do is to listen and learn from our employees.

Hasbro's Employee Networks across Hasbro, eOne and Wizards of the Coast are designed to give employees a voice, provide community to our valued employees and sponsor programming throughout the year.

In honor of Pride Month, we recognize our Hasbro employee PRIDE network, which is a visible safe space for all LGBTQ+ employees and their allies. We work together and advocate for one another as a resource committed to making Hasbro a 100% welcoming workplace. Our focus includes networking, educational, and social opportunities, as well as creating inclusive products and external messaging that reflect our mission.

Last month, the Hasbro PRIDE Network sponsored the Get REAL Corporate Inclusivity Workshop, which looked at diversity and inclusion in the workplace through the lens of LGBTQ+ experiences. The workshop provided practical tools and creative ideas on how to improve company culture, our product and communications so that we can better connect with our customers and children around the world.

This month, they will present the Get REAL Trans 101 Workshop as a follow up, which will continue important conversations around gender identity. The goal of the workshop is for employees to gain a deeper understanding of gender identity through hearing the lived experiences of trans identified facilitators firsthand through open and honest story sharing, and to gain an increased awareness of terminology, inclusive language, and the diverse ways to identify and express gender.

The Wizards Pride Team also held a pre-kickoff Pride celebration with community partner, Lambert House, to share stories of the work Lambert House is doing in the LGBTQ+ community and to hear testimonies from those who have been helped by its support. Lambert House empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth through the development of leadership, social, and life skills.

Hasbro also offers annual philanthropic support to Youth Pride, Inc. in Rhode Island, the Human Rights Campaign, and the Lambert House in Seattle.
